Ramp expected to open as early as Thursday morning
There’s good news for drivers: the ramp from 82nd Street to I-69 North is expected to reopen to traffic on the morning of Thursday, October 26. The Thursday morning reopening depends on weather sensitive work that must be completed before the ramp is operational.
The ramp closed earlier this year to accommodate utility relocation work and installation of ramp improvements that include new pavement and additional capacity. Northbound I-69 north of 82nd Street has been widened to accept increased traffic volume from the new ramp.
The ramp from I-69 North to 82nd Street will remain closed through mid-2024 to accommodate continued utility coordination and ramp construction.
