INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Sept. 10, 2025) – Crews are preparing to reopen the ramp from eastbound I-465 to southbound Binford Boulevard. Overnight ramp closures are necessary this weekend to complete work to reopen the ramp.
Traffic is expected to move to the new bridge by Monday morning. Additionally, there will be a temporary traffic signal installed on southbound Binford Boulevard to the north of 75th Street to manage traffic traveling to southbound Binford Boulevard from I-465 and I-69.
Drivers can expect the following restrictions:
Friday, Sept. 12 and Saturday, Sept. 13
- Eastbound I-465 ramp to northbound I-69 closed
Closures are from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. both nights.
Friday, Sept. 12 at 9 p.m. through Monday, Sept. 15
- Southbound I-69 to southbound Binford Boulevard closed
- Northbound Binford Boulevard one lane open north of 75th Street
Closures will begin around 9 p.m. Friday and end by 6 a.m. Monday.
Actual dates and anticipated work may be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances occur. Drivers are encouraged to plan alternate routes and allow extra travel time during overnight hours.
